Upstairs, we combined two small and awkward bathrooms into one bigger Family bathroom. Downstairs we remodeled the kitchen and added a small addition to the very tight Montlake lot. The new addition provides a cozy and sunny sitting area and a connection to the sunny side yard for entertaining. We also fit a small powder room.
