The 1927 Tudor styled home had been lovingly remodeled throughout, with the exception of the upper floor family bathroom. With no desire to add additional bathrooms to the upper floor, and with no room to do so, the key was to re-design the relatively generous space to allow family members simultaneous use, while preserving individual privacy. This was accomplished by developing several zones and spaces within the space. Another need was better storage space, which we accomplished by custom built-in furniture pieces that took advantage of every inch available. The owners added many personal touches to the color and material decisions.
